IRCTC eWallet work on tatkal scheme to book ticket fast or not?

eWallet Scheme is one of the best option provided by IRCTC, but due to some restriction purpose is still doubt. eWALLET registration and booking through eWALLET is not available from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
As we now IRCTC won’t allow ticket booking through eWallet during 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM which is the peak hours of ticket booking, especially the Tatkal ticket booking(starting from 10:00 AM).

So restricting the use of eWallet during the peak hours is main drawback of eWallet. We Hope IRCTC will rethink on its restriction on eWallet during the Tatkal hours.
